Weleda Arnica 3X is liquid concentrate for temporary relief of sprains and bruises. Use this liquid concentrate as a compress on sprains, bruises, and sore muscles.
How to use Weleda Arnica 3X:
Take 3-4 times daily. Adults: 7-10 drops. 2 to 7 years: 1 drop for each year of age. Under 2 years: consult your physician. Warnings: Do not use for more than 7 days Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens or persists for more than 4 days or clears up and occurs again within a few days. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not purchase if safety seal ring at bottom of cap is broken or missing.
