Heel Chest is for the temporary relief of: respiratory discomfort due to coughs, soreness of chest muscles, rib pain.
How to use
Adults and children above 6 years: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Infants and children to 6 years: 1/2 the adult dosage.

Active Ingredients: Each 300 mg contains: Bryonia alba 4X 30 mg, Ranunculus bulbosus 4X 30 mg, Asclepias tuberosa 6X 30 mg, Kali carbonicum 6X 30 mg, Natrum sulphuricum 6X 30 mg, Sticta pulmonaria 6X 30 mg, Arsenicum iodatum 8X 30 mg, Dulcamara 8X 30 mg, Colocynthis 10X 30 mg, Sulphur 30X 30 mg.
Inactive Ingredients: Magnesium stearate USP, Lactose USP.
